The system 5-star reviews on autopilot
Every customer gets asked for a review.
After the job, your customer gets a text with a link to your Google page, and up to three reminders if they don’t get to it. You add their name and number in a quick form, and the rest goes out on its own.

Thanks for having us out today, Dana. If you have a minute, a Google review would help us a lot.

Hi Dana, a quick reminder in case it got buried. The link is above. Thanks either way.
Done. Thanks for the quick fix.
Text message
What it does
- A text after the job. With a link straight to your Google page.
- Up to three reminders. If they haven’t got round to it, we nudge them again, up to three times. The moment they tap the link, the reminders stop.
- Every customer gets the same link. No picking only the happy ones. That’s called review gating, and it breaks Google’s rules.
- One quick form after the job. You or your crew type the customer’s first name and number on your phone. The request and the reminders go out on their own.
How it fits
Reviews come after the job, and they feed Geo-SEO: they’re one of the things Google looks at. After that, old lead reactivation keeps past customers hearing from you.

Questions
Can you promise 5 stars?
No. Your customers pick the stars. What we make sure of is that every one of them gets asked.
Can you only ask the happy customers?
No. Every customer gets the same link. Sending only the happy ones to Google is called review gating, and it breaks Google’s rules.
How many texts does a customer get?
Four at most: the text after the job and up to three reminders. The reminders stop as soon as they tap the link or reply STOP.
Where does the link go?
To your Google page, where they can leave the review.
